Unedited scenes shot by US Signal Corps cameraman Technician Grade 4 Reuben Weiner who landed in Normandy in the early hours of D-Day with 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment. Most of this footage was filmed on the 7 and 8 June 1944 and shows GIs from both US airborne divisions who found themselves cut off from their units. They are seen here being relieved by troops from the US 4th Infantry Division advancing inland from UTAH Beach.
