The fifth edition of NORRAG Special Issue, titled "Domestic Financing: Tax and Education," released on 23rd November 2020. Its online launch event webinar included over 130 academics, professionals, and activists from around the world.
NSI 05, guest-edited by David Archer at ActionAid, consists of 25 articles which focus on education's main source of funding: taxes. With a special emphasis on examples from the global South, NSI 05 analyzes the importance of tax justice and domestic resource mobilization in reaching education development goals.
