Very delicious seafood platter. Perfect for mukbang.
This recipe is good with or without rice . You can add sweet corn in this recipe.

Seafood platter
Ingredients:
1 1/2 klo crab
1 klo shrimp
1 klo mussel (tahong)
1/2 klo squid
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp iodized salt
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 whole garlic
butter 200g
tomato sauce 250g
1/4 cup hot sauce
banana ketchup 320g
1 1/2 tbs garlic powder
1.5 liter sprite
Procedure:
1. Clean the seafood and wash it well. Cook the crab, shrimp and mussel for 15 minutes add sprite and salt to taste. Set aside.
2. After , cook the squid for 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. Melt butter in a pan . Set aside.
4. In a seperate pan cook the garlic wait until it crispy. (note: we did not cook the garlic into the butter to avoid burning of the butter and to be the garlic to cook well.)
5. Add the garlic into the butter and mix it.
6. Pour the tomato sauce and ketchup . Stir it well.
7. Add the paprika , salt , pepper, garlic powder and sugar and mix it well .
8. Add the hot sauce , seafood broth and sprite . Mix it well until the sauce thicken .
9. Adjust the taste according to your preference.
10. Pour the sauce carefully into the seafood or if you have a big pot you can put the seafood into the pot and mix it well to make sure the sauce and the seafood combine well.
