Chapter 3's UltraHeal doesn't recover much HP, but you can lower the TP cost down to 85% if you keep using it.
This carries over into chapter 4 where it becomes OKHeal and cost 83% TP for use, but can be lowered down to 80%.
At this point OKHeal is roughly on par with or slightly lower than Heal Prayer depending on your equipment.
After Susie beats Gerson, it becomes BetterHeal which far surpasses Heal Prayer in HP recovery, and it's TP cost can be lowered down to 75% the more you use it.
