Approximately 1942. It appears that it came from the 2-week session in June before the main 8-week camp started. The 2-week session in 1942 included 1) A boys session, 2) a girls session, and 3) a counselor training program sponsored by the Southeastern section of the American Camping Association. There is a quick shot of Uncle Mike here, and lots of shots of Corbett Alexander. I think there is even a shot of the Blue Ridge Parkway when it was still a dirt road.
