Sorry for the confusion folks, I really thought I was going to get to make 2 lbs of peppers and more quarts of jelly. Well, things happen. I should really get all my ingredients out before I start something LOL! Heres the recipe. Hope you all enjoy. It really started growing on me. It was hot, but I really liked the taste! And I love cream cheese! LOL
1 lb. jalapeno peppers
3 garlic cloves
1 cup acv
1/4 tsp salt (not table salt)
1 box suregel or other pectin
#jalapeño #jalapenos
