In this video I show the full process of building a Ram-Air reverse cowl bonnet for a XC Falcon using traditional metal shaping techniques.
This custom reverse cowl is designed to feed cool air into and hot air out of the engine bay while keeping a clean, period-correct and original look. Every step is hand-made, from forming the panels to fitting the air vents and final metal finishing.
