Exploring Gold Butte National Monument

Those Park Guys are in Gold Butte National Monument, a hidden gem in the desert of Nevada that's full of mysteries. Nevada's immense beauty is one of America's best kept secrets. Few people venture through its more than 100,000 square miles of desert, plateaus, canyons and mountains; all formed by eons of wind, water, and shifting tectonic plates.

Gold Butte National Monument is in south-eastern Nevada and was named for an abandoned mining town found within its borders. In this episode of Rock the Park, Those Park Guys are going overlanding in a remote area of Nevada and make their way towards the Falling Man Trailhead where they get to see petroglyphs that are believed to be 700 to 7,000 years old. Next up, Jack and Colton visit Devil's Hole sinkhole; a sinkhole that's 120 feet deep!
