Thomas & Ashima, Dusty & Ishani: Find Yourself - Dedicated To My Friend Ashima Sethi

Today, I'd like to introduce you to my friend Ashima, from India.
The tail end of this special music video says it all for the most part. ^_^

This lady has been my greatest international, Middle Eastern friend for over five years now. And through all this time, even throughout the covid-19 pandemic, we've gotten along very well with each other.

For us, I'm the gem of her life, and she is the beautiful flower of my life, too. Ashima has also been by my side through good times and bad, even under extreme stress, complete sadness and through happiness, joy and excitement. She's also treated me like part of her family, too, which I'm so grateful for.

She's also a little like a mentor to me, not just because of how well her knowledge of India has rubbed off on me very well (which has also paid off very well, by the way, and still does), but she was the very first person to tell me that I come from a very good country, which nobody has ever said before.

And all the while, true we've had some hiccups and hit some speed bumps throughout our friendship, but it's since remained strong and happy, and I'm very blessed to have her in my life.
Her knowledge of India has made me love the country so much more than when I first did research on India, and when I learned about the 26/11 attacks which saddened me.

Plus, with her help, she was able to tell me which were the best Bollywood movies to watch, which I also feel grateful for. ;)

Ashima has been so kind to show me the amazing sights of India.

She's a beautiful lady, a true friend, and a great mentor. And I hope to visit her in America or India someday, when the covid-19 pandemic comes to an end for good.
