I'm Melissa, a pelvic health physio with diastasis.
I have decided to have surgery and have been documenting my journey. Not only do I find it therapeutic for myself, but I also know this process is hard to navigate even for someone who understands the body really well.
This video was taken 6 days after my surgery. I am technically able to sleep in my own bed and shower..... but it's not as easy as it sounds.
