Sky Striker starting 2025 off right! | Diamond → Master | Yugioh Master Duel Season 37

Matches from the first part of my ladder run this season! I really had fun with this build, and wasn't sure if I was going to change the deck for the M5 to M1 run, so I wanted to show upload these games.

Unlike previous seasons where I player pure going second Sky Striker, I decided to build the deck to go first instead. The deck features no board wipes like Raigeki/Duster/Evenly, and instead goes for maximum flexibility with spells like Cyclone or Droplet that works going first or second.

Going first normally involves setting up a Widow Anchor/Shark Cannon, along with whatever non-engine you drew like Cyclone/Dimensional Barrier. It can be weak to duster/heavy storm ironically but those aren't searchable and aren't THAT common right now. If they hand trap you going first, your goal is to just set D barrier and have some interaction.

We don't put up an unbreakable endboard, and the games often go long, so morganite is actually really good if you can draw into it.

It's a bit old school but included the foolish burial of goods/metalfoes fusion combination. Drawing metalfoes isn't that bad because we can send it for multirole, area zero, or cyanos. Foolish burial of goods can also send engage turn 1 if you want to try and get it with Kagari.
