Man Fights for Passport Release After Being Wrongfully Linked to Human Trafficking

A Nigerian living in Dubai alleges that upon his arrival at Lagos airport, he was arrested by DSS, claimed he was on a watchlist. He was then handed over to NAPTIP, where he was detained for five days. Authorities accused him of being involved in human trafficking after someone allegedly used a copy of his International Passport for illicit activities, though he denies any knowledge of it. Since April 23, NAPTIP has refused to release his passport. He turned to Brekete Family for justice and help in reclaiming his passport.
