Have you ever climbed a 4000m volcano to watch another one erupt all night long? 🌋 In this adventure, we take on the challenging hike up Volcán Acatenango in Guatemala. From the top, we camp overnight with front-row views of Volcán de Fuego, one of the world’s most active volcanoes.

This was one of the toughest hikes we’ve ever done — thin air, steep trails, freezing cold nights — but also the most unforgettable. Join us as we push ourselves to the limit and witness Fuego’s spectacular eruptions lighting up the night sky.

In June 2022, we shipped our camper from Europe to Canada and began our Pan-American overlanding journey.
Our family adventures have taken us across North America — from wild camping in remote places to exploring iconic national parks.

We travel slowly, taking the time to enjoy the freedom, beauty, and unpredictability of life on the road.
