This will drop in a couple days. Some caveats.
-Do not go in expecting it to be like rivals. It's not.
-The event is set to never end, so you can chase them as much as you want but there's no "completing" anything.
-likely to get further polishes as time goes on and we learn more about what we can do with the game etc but without scripting it likely won't ever be a full fledged pursuit freeroam like rivals.
-there are no repairs. I'm thinking of messing with durability etc or, setting up UI so that way it can be kinda like takedown mode, take down as many racers as possible until you die or whatever. Like I said will look into future updates for this
Also might have a second trailer made for it as people have been asking for freeroam Ai for ages. We'll see
