In this video I unlock the achievement in GTA San Andreas which allows all taxis to have Nitros.
Some advice I could offer you is to make sure top feed CJ before beginning this mission because CJ would die of starvation and also go to the modifying car shop and add Nitro's to your car to make it much faster to save time
Overall the taxi mission are quite easy and can be very relaxing to do.
