食材:肉末300g,香菇,姜末,葱白,料酒1勺,半勺白糖,1勺生抽,1勺蚝油,1勺淀粉,1颗鸡蛋,1勺香油
🍳👩🍳烹饪方法:
第1⃣️步:准备所有材料切片切末备用。
第2⃣️步:肉末加入料酒1勺,半勺白糖,1勺生抽,1勺蚝油,1勺淀粉,1颗鸡蛋,再把香菇倒入,最后加1勺香油一起搅拌均匀。
第3️⃣步:把腌好的肉饼装好盘放在蒸架上,锅中再加入适量的清水,盖上锅盖,调至大火蒸10分钟。
第4️⃣步:打开锅盖,撒上葱花,就可以开吃啦❤️
