I've been testing it out and will post my results once I get them together. It's easy to install, and feels like it's reducing the recoil, but only the numbers will tell!

In this video, we take a look at both springs, and see which one allows you to shoot the fastest, and reduce recoil/muzzle flip.

It's apparent from the timing, and the angle of the muzzle, that the 11lb recoil spring reduces recoil, and decreases the time it takes to reacquire the target. Also, by using a buffer, the slide bounced off the frame and went into battery quicker, than without the buffer. All shots were taken using the buffer in this video. I religiously use a buffer, and can't imagine shooting without it.

So as mentioned in my video about accuracy, the 11lb recoil spring helps reduce recoil, and can make you faster on the course.
The first shot was performed with counter-rotation, the rest of the shots were performed without that applied.
The application of counter-rotation and push-pull will reduce muzzle flip further, and reduce the time required before reacquiring the target, this is expected based on the physics, but it was nice to confirm it using a 240fps camera and measuring the angles for comparison, we now have a quantitative analysis rather than a "it feels better" analysis.
