· my sim can't get in your houses!
if it’s a build from 2024 or january 2025, it’s the stairs. I used to have the toddlers can use stairs mod by lizcandor in my game, which is a default replacement for stairs that renders them unusable for anyone who doesn’t have this mod in their game. the fix is to either install that mod or delete the stairs & place down new ones.
