From the 24-hour brined deep-fried turkey to creamy mashed potatoes and jalapeño and andouille cornbread stuffing, Chef Drennan shares pro tips for making Thanksgiving easy, delicious, and stress-free. Guests can preorder their feast until November 23, with pickup on November 25 or November 26, just in time for the holiday.

In the second half, Katie and Matt explore the creative comfort dishes and cocktails that make State Fare a Houston favorite all year long. From brunch staples to bold bar favorites, it’s a look at the flavors that define Texas-style comfort food done right.
