Double Vanos Complete Rebuild BMW M54

In this video, we going to completely rebuild the double Vanos system on this BMW M54 engine, which came out of the project BMW E46 330ci. The rebuild will include:

oil seals on the vanos pistons
gaskets on the housings
rattle rings + the bearings inside the vanos pistons
reverse thread bolts + caps + o-rings for them + covering nuts / bolts
vanos actuator valves + springs + o-rings
