The All India Muslim Personal Law Board, whose objective is to protect Muslim personal law in India, has launched an online campaign against the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code. This body is now over 70 years old and is seen as the last word for deciding on crucial issues such as marriage and divorce, last rites, birth rites, and traditions.

The point of dispute arises when someone of Muslim faith does not agree with the non-governmental organization, do they have the right to legal recourse? Is the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, which supported the Triple Talaq law and are now resisting the UCC, relevant in India?
