I was jokingly challenged to try this with a head on... I accepted.
The head not only makes it harder to turn, it blocks the sensors on the head so you can't move your forward or side to side, only rotation.
It also creates this strange effect where your head drifts away from your hands and your real hands don't match up with the game hands.
Not easy, but very fun!
