Melbourne Lord Mayor Nick Reece supports Opposition Leader Peter Dutton’s mandate for public servants to return to the office five days a week if elected.
“I’m a very strong supporter of people turning up to their workstation to do their work,” Mr Reece said.
“I’ve seen the debate federally on this matter and look, I think the Australian government should be taking a similar approach.”
