OC3 is the premier event on confidential computing and secure AI. In this talk, Kosei Akama explains the RA-WEBs project. While Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) protect data, Remote Attestation (RA)—which verifies their integrity—faces challenges in web applications since browsers don’t support it. RA-WEBs solves this by enabling RA verification directly in existing browsers, making secure web services like privacy-preserving LLM inference and secure logging more practical.
