Open angle pose (Upavistha Konasana) including side and revolved variations - Explorations in Upavistha Konasana (open angle pose), including how to sit up straight and action the legs, how to twist and forward bend over one leg at a time (side open angle pose), how to forward bend between both legs and how to lean sideways and revolve the torso over one leg (revolved open angle pose). In this class we make use of the yoga chair, blanket and belt.
