LIMBO - Short Film

LIMBO - Short Film

Breakdown:

This short film was completely rigged, animated and designed in After Effects without any third party plugins. I used Duik for rigging the characters (Boy, Girl, Spider). All assets used in the video were drawn by myself (except the city in the bg of the first shots which I downloaded from google and modified in AE). I later composed all layers in 3D (2.5D) space and animated the camera an characters to create the final film. As a last step I rearranged the official LIMBO - score to create the music. I also used some sound effects to enhance some of the elements in the film.

In total it took me about 3 weeks, working every day after work to create everything from start to finish.
