Defeating SkarrQueen Karmelita by EpsilonDown, a mod that makes the fight slightly more challenging by adding traps and more bouncing.
Quite fun overall. Those bounces can sometimes be tricky to anticipate and having to watch for traps makes things more hectic since you can't always attack after Karmelita finishes attacks. Plus just getting boxed in makes dodging subsequent attacks finicky. Adding traps to the ceiling to make that area not safe to heal was also a good idea.
