Standing Tricep Extension - Strongman Training Library
Using a rackable EZ curl bar is best for this exercise. (A straight bar may be too hard on the wrists)
Take your grip where you find most comfortable. We find the inside section most comfortable.
Press the bar overhead. Take a deep breath in and brace.
Keep your elbows up, bring the bar down, and get a good stretch in the tricep.
Do a full extension back up to lockout.
You may want to use a thumbless grip for better comfort.
