Two corrections:
At 8:32 into the video
I said: cuts off the airflow
Correct: cuts off the fuel flow (because of lack of vacuum)
At 18:21 into the video
I said: the warmer / colder water will be heavier
Correct: the warmer / colder water will be LIGHTER

This is a fairly comprehensive tutorial on how the EHA valves works, the importance of the polarity (connection) and the setscrew adjustment and how they relate to current flow and the importance of calibrating the Fuel Distributor with a known and calibrated EHA Valve.
