We had his one month check up the day before and our doctor Erin Johnson at The Pediatric Center in Richmond, VA recommended that we spend 5 minutes 3 times a day doing “tummy time.” It’s supposed to help strengthen his neck. This was Abby’s and my first attempt at getting him to do tummy time.
