East Forest's recording technique for this album proved unique in that he improvised and recorded all of the music live within the context of guiding psilocybin ceremonies that he facilitated over the last five years. East Forest has been at the forefront of the wellness movement around psychedelic therapy and meditation since 2008. “Lovingly” is the third installment in his Soundtrack For The Psychedelic Practitioner' series, a musical conversation around the power of music to help assuage our fears and soothe our mental health turbulence amidst a dynamic and rapidly changing world.
