In this video, I talk about the Free Agency signings, releases, and trades made by 3 NFL teams: the Las Vegas Raiders, New York Giants, and Chicago Bears. These teams either have ties to the Seahawks that make them interesting to me as a Seahawks fan (Raiders and Giants) or have made big improvements that make them interesting (Raiders and Bears).
