We visit the Malcata Animal Association. A small animal rescue shelter located near Penamacor, Central Portugal. They rescue, rehabilitate, sterilise, vaccinate and rehome dogs that have been lost or abandoned.
We meet up with the founder Gordon and find out how the center came to be and what others can do to help.
They are in need of supplies, volunteers and funds. In return you can enjoy the company of these sweet rescue dogs in beautiful surroundings and do something positive for their lives.
