In June 2022, my father flew from France to join me on a weeklong trip across the western US. We took off from San Diego, Palomar Airport in a Cessna 182, and flew above some of the most beautiful places on earth! We flew to Sedona, over the Grand Canyon through the VFR Corridors (Dragon, Zuni), between the buttes of Monument Valley, and over Lake Powell and Zion National Park.
Itinerary: KCRQ (San Diego Palomar), KHII (Lake Havasu), KSEZ (Sedona), KGCN (Grand Canyon), KBCE (Bryce Canyon), KIFP (Bullhead), KCNO (Chino), KCRQ (San Diego Palomar).
