Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Director Major General Nicolas Torre said Thursday (March 20) it was his call to disallow Vice President Sara Duterte to enter Villamor Air Base during the arrest of her father Rodrigo Duterte, saying "the mission" was to make the former president board the plane to The Hague.
