Side Bends.
Posture check.
Keeping the arms by the side, slowly lower the weight, keeping the hips aligned.
Keep the shoulder high – avoid slouching.
Lift the weight back to original position pulling a little higher.
Start the next repetition from the original position.
Repeat the full set on one side before switching arm.
Always ensure you are dressed appropriately to exercise, stay hydrated and be safe.
