Before you buy one of these look for the most common faults like sticky relays, faulty displays and black RF chokes. These rigs are now very old and went through many hands, it has become increasingly hard to find a good one.
Although capable of putting out 150 watts, I suggest that these should be run at about 100 watts. The extra 50 watts make no difference, but you are kinder on the components.
