In this video I'm sharing 'Tel Potol' recipe.

Ingredients:-
1) 12pcs Pointed Gourds/Parwals
2) 2tbsp Mustard Oil
3) 1" Ginger
4) 4pc chillies
5) 1/4tsp Cumin seeds
6) 1 tomato
7) 1/2tsp Turmeric powder
8) 1/2tsp Cumin powder
9) 1/2tsp Coriander powder
10) 1/4tsp Bhaja Masala
11) 1 dry red chilly
12) Salt as per taste
13) Hot water required for gravy
14) 1/4tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
15) 1tbsp sugar to balance the taste.
16) 1/4tsp Amchur powder
