Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk (200 g)
½ cup vegetable oil
2½ cups flour
10 g vanilla
10 g baking powder
22 cm cake pan or baking dish
Before baking the cake, preheat the oven to 150°C for 10 minutes.
Bake at 170°C without the fan 35 minutes.
