He talks about Garfield, Charlie Brown, and the lesser known, B.C Thanksgiving special. The good Captain explores the Bugs Bunny Thanksgiving special and how it was a total let down. He discusses the Berenstain Bears and how they introduced a Thanksgiving mythos with their Thanksgiving special, “The Berenstain Bears meet Big Paw”….or is it merely a mythos after all?
Captain Adam talks about the best Thanksgiving movie, “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles”, and it’s “fun-strating” history on VHS. He talks about the film, “Son in Law”, and how it’s really the only “other” Thanksgiving movie; AND he talks about Pauly Shore’s provocative and underratedly brilliant career throughout the 90’s.
