Hello Everyone, today I am here with a brand-new train journey vlog. This vlog begins on a somber note as I remember our dear friend Rizwan Tahir, who has recently left us for his eternal abode. He will always be missed and remembered in our prayers.
My journey was on 112DN Badar Express from Lahore Junction to Faisalabad. These days, Faisalabad Railway Station feels unusually quiet and almost deserted, as most long-route trains have been diverted due to the Khanewal–Shorkot Cantt section breach caused by recent floods in the Ravi River.
The trip started a few minutes late with ZCUP-30-6352 locomotive leading the train. The ride was scenic with lush green fields along the way. Passing through Qila Sheikhupura, Farooqabad, Bahalike, Safdarabad, Sangla Hill, and Chak Jhumra, we finally reached Faisalabad about half an hour behind schedule.
At Faisalabad, the station atmosphere was quiet, with only Badar Express and Ghouri Express operating these days. I also met my railfan friend Rashid Bhai, and we spent a couple of hours together before I boarded Ghouri Express back to Lahore. It was a quieter journey overall, carrying both reflections and peaceful moments along the way.
