Here’s another taste of what’s in store with the Crescent Theatre Birmingham’s “Snatches” which opens next Thursday 22nd in the intimate setting of The Underground. This video shows not just the amazing range of subject matter you’ll experience, but also the quality of the production: superb writing, top-class performances and highly inventive direction. These brilliantly written eight monologues, presented in two sets of four over three dates, are moving, funny, tragic and empowering and address the constant efforts of women to carve out their rights both in domestic and public spheres. Tickets are very inexpensive and there’s a cracking deal of only £11 if you book for both sets at the same time.
