Repairing (or maybe not) two Hantarex Polo 3 monitors

Here's a quick video on my attempt to get these Two Hantarex Polo 3 / 10 inch monitors running again. First one was pain free, just needed a recap and fired right away.
The second one is proving more problematic as you'll see.
Caps were replaced, new HOT and Horizontal Driver , new oscillator IC, swapped a known working flyback... but still a no go. B+ checks fine at test point near the transfo but somehow gets "lost" at test point TP3 near the horizontal circuit.
