I did a deadlift program type thing where you increment in 40-60lbs or so for 3-6 sets until you near your 1RM. From there, 1 rep to max.
I've honestly been a bit frustrated since I did 3 reps of 520lbs on deadlift because I haven't been able to do it since, even once. My powerlifting program will get me back though, consistency is king.
I really enjoy doing this one every now and then. Afterwards, headed outside to swing around the giant Dragon Slayer sword from Guts Berserk. Tried some HEMA with it. It's hard to control so be gentle.
