How to regulate BULOVA CAL 218 - "Best Practise" Version 2 - + Golden Spring | [Ep.No.98]

I have been thinking alot and trying to find out which is the best approach to regulate the speed of Bulova, especially, since i got a comment that it were suggested that if you move them both, you might damage the coil but i have not found what so ever ANY reason on that statement and according to the manual - this is the correct way but the experts says there is a "best practise" where you move them equally. In this video i am also explaining the golden spring of caliber cal 2180F + 2181F and showing you how it works! This is not the same as Cal 218D.
