The most controversial thing that happened this week? An oil tanker from China has crashed into Siargao and beached itself on the reef! There's an ongoing investigation (apparently) but we are all being left to wonder what is going to get done about this thing. Is it even full of oil? Will it become a rusty tourist site? Who knows.
