Паёми Президент барои ҷамбасти соли 2023

Имрӯз дар Муассисаи давлатии Телевизиони “Сайёҳӣ ва ҳунарҳои мардумӣ” тамошои дастаҷамонаи ҳайати кормандони муассиса аз Паёми Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ба Маҷлиси Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон «Дар бораи самтҳои асосии сиёсати дохилию хориҷии ҷумҳурӣ» дар соли 2023, ки дар толори калони «Кохи Сомон»-и Бӯстонсаройи Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон доир гардид, ҷараён гирифт.
Зимни ироаи Паёми Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон ба Маҷлиси Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон пешниҳод гардид, ки дар назди Ҳукумати мамлакат сохтори алоҳида — Агентии ҳифзи мероси таърихию фарҳангӣ таъсис дода шавад.
Агентии мазкур бо мақсади густариш бахшидани тармиму барқарорсозӣ ва ҳифзи ёдгориҳои таърихию фарҳангӣ, инчунин рушди соҳаи сайёҳӣ таъсис дода мешавад.
Тазаккур дода шуд, ки давоми солҳои охир дар баробари андешидани тадбирҳои зарурӣ доир ба ҳалли масъалаҳои соҳаи фарҳанг ҷиҳати муаррифии фарҳанги бостонии халқи тоҷик дар арсаи байналмилалӣ як қатор иқдомоти назаррас амалӣ гардид.
Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, аз ҷумла ёдовар шуданд, ки соли 2023 15 ёдгории таърихию фарҳангии тоҷикон ба Феҳристи фарҳанги моддӣ ва ғайримоддии ЮНЕСКО ворид гардид.

During the presentation of the Паём of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, it was proposed to the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan to establish a separate structure under the Government of the country - the Agency for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage.
This agency is established for the purpose of expansion, restoration and protection of historical and cultural monuments, as well as development of the tourism industry. It was noted that during the last years, along with taking the necessary measures to solve the issues in the field of culture, a number of significant steps were taken to present the ancient culture of the Tajik people in the international arena. The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, among other things, mentioned that in 2023, 15 historical and cultural monuments of Tajiks entered the Register of Tangible and Intangible Culture of UNESCO.
