Oh guys, guess what….. 😁 It was such a dream of mine to ride on a jet ski… Every time I would come to some lake and see people enjoying crazy speed drives on jet skis and I was thinking, “Ohhh I wish I could do this!!”
But because I don’t have legs and only one functioning arm, I was not sure if this was a wise decision. “I can't really firmly hold on to it, what if I slide off the jet ski?” my reasoning held me back.
But yesterday was the day!!! I finally decided to push away the fear and just do it. There is so much joy and fulfillment when you dare to step out of the zone of fear and comfort. Over the years of living with continuous struggles, I have learned that when we face challenges or fear, we have a choice: to overcome it and enjoy what we achieve OR succumb to challenges and remain where we are. The outcome will be according to our choices in life.
