We attempted to photograph the snow-covered Nakamaki Lake (中牧湖) once more.

We headed to Nakamaki Lake in Nagano Prefecture to photograph the snow-covered forest and lake once more with our sheet film camera. Last time, there was only one other group besides us by the lakeside, making for a quiet shoot.
However, when We visited after several years, it was packed with people to such an extent that one might mistake it for a famous tourist spot. There is scarcely any space to set up a tripod from the lakeside embankment to the shore.
While it was dark, there were so many people there, but as the sun rose and the trees began to glisten, they gradually disappeared one by one. By the time filming finished, there was no one left.
