Steps to Recover Guard:
1️⃣ Set your frames.
2️⃣ Make a grip on your opponent’s knee.
3️⃣ Turn to your side.
4️⃣ Bring in your knee as a wedge, freeing your hand to hug their arm. Use your other leg to trap the leg your knee was initially trapping.
5️⃣ Elongate your post to clear the trapped leg.
6️⃣ Close your guard.
